ASSESSMENT RATES
The assessments for 2021 are $532.24 for the year or $133.06 quarterly. If you pay quarterly, please remember the due dates are as follows:
Payment Options:
•Download the Spectrum App Spectrumam.com/app/
•Card Payments after the homeowner is registered with Spectrumam.com•Mail your payment to Spectrum Association Management, P.O. Box 299008, Lewisville, TX 75029. Mailed payments are processed electronically; please do not send cash!
•Drop off check or money-order during business hours at the HOA office. Make sure you include your address on your check/money order.
•Pay by Phone- (866)729-5327 (your account number needed)
